"Hraparak": Harut of Karamel to be nominated in PAP precinct?

In Armenia`s N.12 electoral precinct the uncertain situation seems to be coming clear. This precinct is considered to be Prosperous Armenia Party`s, as in 2007 from this district PAP member Varsandik Hakobyan was elected as MP. The latter does not want to become an MP any more. The PAP chairman handed this precinct to another PAP MP - Harutyun Gharagyozyan (Harut of Karamel), who became an MP in 2007 with Republican proportional list. Gharagyozyan has not yet decided whether himself to be nominated or to nominate one of his associates here.
