Yesterday RA Minster of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan ans "Tashir" charity fund`s chairman Ashot Varosyan signed memorandum of cooperation. It will support education development and modernization in RA, NKR and Javakhq. From the 120.000 US dollars to be provided by the referendum financial assistance will be given not only RA, NKR and Georgia`s Samtskhe-Javakheti provinces` universities, but also to the best teachers of secondary educational institutions. A. Ashotyan assures that the ministry will pay its attention in order that the assistance will be allocated in  transparent and objective way. The daily reminds that "Tashir" charity fund belongs to Samvel and Karen Karapetyans.
