Youth Orchestra of Armenia makes classical music non-stop

The State Youth Orchestra of Armenia has through its different concert programs, particularly Hollywood non- stop program, inspired love of classical music within the young people. The Artistic Director and General Conductor of the State YouthOrchestra of Armenia Sergey Smbatyan at April 29 press conference stated that the crowded halls of their concerts witness the fact that the young people’s attention to the classical music in the recent years has significantly grown. "Even one who has never been at a classical music concert, is unaware that he loves classical music" – said Smbatyan, adding that the problem here is not whether you love classical music or you don’t, but it is to make it public.

"The classical music can also be popular" – said the Artistic Director of the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia. In his estimation, the Armenians have a deep love of the classical music, the evidence of which is the fact that in one out of three families there is definitely a piano.
