All people missing after Siberia ammo blasts found

All people missing after a fire and ammunition blasts in the village of Bolshaya Tura in Siberia’s Trans-Baikal Territory are found, chief press officer of the regional police department Larisa Ivanova told Itar-Tass on Friday.
“The police do not have any information about missing people. All people reported missing are found,” Ivanova said. There is no information about missing people, the press service of the Eastern Military District noted.

The press service of the territorial government reported about four people missing in the village of Bolshaya Tura. At first seven people were reported missing on the hotline. Three of them were found dead.
A fire broke out at an ammunition depot near the settlements of Bolshaya Tura and Kadakhta on April 29. More than 20 shell explosions were fixed. More than two thousand residents were evacuated from the danger zone. The Russian Health Ministry stated that ten people died in the fire and ammunition explosions.

Thirty-three people sought medical aid, 15 of them were taken to hospital, including three of them in heavy condition and five in moderate-to-severe condition, the press service of the regional government said.
Regional authorities permitted all local residents to come back home on Thursday. The Trans-Baikal territorial authorities asked local residents to observe precautious measures and not to go far away from the roads around the above-mentioned settlements, not to visit forests and ensure maximum possible care for children.

Fire-fighting of forest fires is about to be complete at the incident site, a field engineering check is being made in remote localities around the incident area to find possibly highly explosive objects. Nine airplanes and nine helicopters of different types of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Defence Ministry are involved in fire-fighting.
Restoration works continue, a committee is working to assess damages.

Criminal cases were opened for causing death through negligence, destruction of military property through negligence and negligence that entailed death of two and more people.
