More than 154 thousand tourists arrived in Armenia in first quarter of year

In the first quarter of the year the number of the tourists arrived in Armenia, compared to the same period of 2013, increased by 20.5 percent. As "Armenpress" was informed from the National Statistical Service, in January-March of 2014 as many as 154
thousand 471 tourists arrived in the country. In January-March of 2014, 162 thousand 73 people left the country for tourism, or for the same period of 2013, the number increased by 18.2 percent. In 2013, 924 thousand 965 tourists visited Armenia and the number of the tourists left Armenia, reached 906 thousand 154 people.
