NKR citizen detained in Azerbaijan repatriated

The Armenian citizen who crossed the Karabakh-Azerbaijani border on April 20, accompanied by the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) repatriated to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Mayilyan, born in 1956. "He is a worker of CJSC "Hadrut utility“, we have just escorted him to the hospital in Stepanakert" - said Victor Kocharyan, noting that after a medical examination, it will be clear whether the detainee has been subjected to violence. The Azerbaijani media reported that Mayilian crossed the border near the village Bash Karvend of Aghdam region.
