Armenian National Assembly (NA) Speaker Samvel Nikoyan has given an interesting birthday gift to the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia MP, Misha Stepanyan, Zhoghovurd daily writes.

“According to our information, he [Stepanyan] received a call from NA on Saturday morning, on his birthday, and was invited to the parliament. There, Nikoyan ceremoniously presented a funny certificate to Stepanyan, ‘in connection with active deputy activities and birthday.’ [But] Zhoghovurd was unable to clarify from Stepanyan whether or not he liked his present; the MP had switched off his [cell] phone,” Zhoghovurd writes.
