Leaders of self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic intend to declare martial law

The leaders of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic in the southeast of Ukraine have decided to impose martial law. An official statement declaring martial law will be made at 11.00 am local time, the press center of the Luhansk Republic told ITAR-TASS.
The latest reports, which have not been confirmed yet, said that armed clashes between representatives of people's self-defense forces and Ukrainian law enforcers continued in the north of the self-proclaimed republic, the press center said.
