Public Services Regulatory Commission initiated electricity tariff review process

The Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia has on its initiative launched the review process of the production of electricity and the provision of services, as well as the prices of electricity sold to the final consumers. As reports "Armenpress", in that relation, the Commission spread a statement. "The Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia for about two months studied the commitments and the expenditure projections in 2014-2015 necessary for the implementation of licensed activities presented by the companies of the electrical system, and found out that in 2014-2015 significant changes in the factors affecting the economic activities of the power system companies are expected. Therefore, the Public Services Regulatory Commission, based on the Law "On energy" article 22, parts 5 and 6, launched, on its initiative, the review process of the production of electricity and the provision of services, as well as the prices of electricity sold to the final consumers”.
