Itar-Tass — The average turnout in Russia’s presidential election had reached 47.6% as of 3:00 p.m. Moscow time, Central Elections Commission Deputy Chairman Stanislav Vavilov said.
“The indicator stood at 42.8% in 2008,” he said.
