Itar -Tass - A concert and rally in support of Vladimir Putin, who wins the presidential election in the first round by exit polls, has begun on Moscow’s Manezh Square.
No less than 100,000 people are celebrating the victory of their candidate.

Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said the prime minister will arrive at the rally of his supporters later.
