In one of the districts of Russia`s Bryansk region Vladimir Putin got the 100% of votes in case of 80.12% participation of voters, Interfax reports.
Traditionally such indicates are recorded in southern part of Russia.
It is remarkable that due to the last census in this region the population number made 12.243 people in this district.
