Putin insists that he cried in Manezh square as a result of strong wind (Video).

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin who was elected as Russia`s President due to the result of yesterday`s presidential elections explained why he cried in Manezh square of Moscow during the rally organized by his supporters.

"It was windy, real tears because of wind," he said.

Earlier Putin`s spokesman Dmitri Peskov had announced that the Prime Minister cried as a result of strong wind, Ekho Mosckvi reports.
