Armenian President congratulates Putin on his victory.

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to Vladimir Putin on his victory in presidential elections.

In his message President Sargsyan pointed out partner relations between Armenia and Russia which are based on friendship. He stressed importance of Putin’s personal contribution to the development of bilateral ties expressing confidence that further strengthening of strategic cooperation will provide peace, stability and security in the South Caucasus.

The Armenian leader invited Vladimir Putin to pay a state visit to Armenia.
