Russian singer Alla Pugacheva is very glad for presidential candidate Mikhail Prokhorov and estimates the latter`s results in March 4 Russian presidential elections good.

"Of course I don`t believe that these elections are fair," said the singer.

Pugacheva considers that the most important thing that happened the day of elections is that 'it is felt that the society has awakened, people are not silent, they finally start to live, understand.'

She underlined her gladness that people were not afraid to vote in favor of new political figure Mikhail Prokhorov. The singer congratulated the presidential candidate and wished him new successes, Ria Novosti reports.

To note, with the preliminary data of yesterday`s presidential elections`results in Russia, PM Vladimir Putin is leading with 63.88 percent of votes. In the second place is communist Genady Zyuganov with 17.24%, then Mikhail Prokhorov (7.1%).
