Mitsubishi Pajero rolled into the gorge: the dead and injured were taken out from car by rescuers.

On March 3 car accident occurred in Armenia`s Syunik region. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, at about 10:00pm Syunik region`s Meghri city resident Vardush Karapetyan, 38, driving her Mitsubishi Pajero - 14 OS 756 model car on Yerevan-Meghri highway came off the drivable zone and about 80m rolled into the gorge.

As a result the driver died on the spot, while passengers - her son Harutyun Karapetyan, 21, and Yerevan resident Arthur Tadevosyan, 31, were taken to Kapan city hospital with body injuries. The injured and the dead body of the driver were taken out of the car by the rescuers and police officers.

Shamshyan informs that a criminal case is likely to be launched.
