Quorum is secured: Parliamentary session started: LIVE

At the National Assembly the work of the second day of the special session initiated by the Government started. 66 MPs are registered, there is already quorum, and the Parliament continues its work. Speaker of the Parliament Galust Sahakyan, turning to the non-ruling forces, noted that for a few minutes they shouldn’t act like that. "I realized that your goal was to fail the sitting, but for a few minutes there was no sense to do such a thing” – reports “Armenpress”, citing Sahakyan, who urged the MPs that were late, to remember that during the special session the sittings will start at 11:00 a.m., and asked them to
be in time.

The session has already started, but the issues discussed the previous day were not put to voting, as the MPs of the non-ruling forces are not registered and are absent from the hall. At this moment the draft law on making changes and amendments in the law on "Alienation of property for public and state needs" is being discussed
