The “charity debate” between Chairman of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan and the ex-chief of his bodyguard Artur Harutyunyan (aka 'Palach' - [Butcher]) seems to be taking a new turn.

Last morning the buses hired by the Gagik Tsarukyan charity did not bring people from Abovyan to Yerevan free. On the other hands, more buses were serving the Abovyan-Yerevan bus terminal route.

The local citizens say Mr Tsarukyan “had mercy on” his godson Artur Harutyunyan by letting his company King the Lux serve the route.
