Ukraine air transport service closes air space in eastern regions

Ukrainian state-run air transport service has closed the air space in eastern regions of the country due to a military operation in these regions, local media reported on Tuesday.
The air traffic will resume in the military operation zone after the situation in these regions stabilises fully, the country’s air transport service said.
“The air space was closed for any flights of civilian aircrafts to ensure a good flight security level. Only the transit of aircrafts on flights higher than 7,900 metres is possible through the air space of the country,” the domestic aviation agency said.
