Shooting from Azerbaijani side caused material damage to Chinari

The Azerbaijanis continued to fire in the direction of the Chinari village of Armenia’s Tavush Province during the night of July 9-10. The fire caused damage to the walls and windows of the houses. Fortunately, no casualties or injured have been recorded. In a conversation with “Armenpress”, the Governor of Chinari Samvel Soghoyan stated that the shooting began at around 22:00 o’clock and lasted a couple of hours. Among other things, the Governor of Chinari Samvel Soghoyan stated: “One could hear shooting during the day as well, at around 14:00-16:00. But the rival’s activity was gain increased during the night and they kept firing in the direction of the village for hours.”
