"Hraprak": Election bribe under the name of charity foundation.

Hraparak reports that owner of SAS Supermarkets Artak Sargsyan established "Artak Sargsyan" Charity Foundation for the election bribes not to be linked to his name. In constituency No.4 the Foundation agreed with all beauty salons on charging no money for hairdos costing AMD 1500 on March 8.

“If this is charity and not election bribe, a question emerges: why does he organize this action in constituency No.4 only and not for instance in Ashotsk where women really need such actions?” writes the newspaper.
