Karabakh's borders will not be changed, even if they are changed, it will happen at the expense

The recent actions must make the Azerbaijani people to understand what each adventurism of its leader can result in. If Azerbaijan continues to act in this way, the number of that country’s casualties will be increased, and Karabakh’s borders will not be changed. Even if they are changed, it will happen at the expense of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity. The Minister of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Commander of the Defense Army Movses Hakobyan stated this in his interview to the Public TV Company of Karabakh.

Among other things, the Minister of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Movses Hakobyan underscored: “The rival is the same, only some kinds of arms have been changed, and as it was during the previous war, his actions remained the same, nothing changed, these are the same unprepared actions.”
