Murder case in Yerevan: man kills his brother-in-law and injures another one (Photos).

As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, on March 9 a criminal case was launched in Yerevan's Shengavit police department over the shots in the same district. The same day, at about 22:50 of local time, Shengavit police department received a call from Erebuni medical center that Vardan Vardabyan, 31, and Davit Baghdasaryan, 24, were transferred to hospital with gun shots. The police operative-investigative group found out that the two were transferred to hospital from Yerevan's Nerkin Charbakh 1 street, near a food market. After an hour V. Vardanyan died in hospital's intensive care department.
The next day Yurik Tadevosyan, 51, was voluntarily presented to Malatia police department and informed that he had committed the murder and handled the hunting rifle [MR-133] with which the crime was committed.
The police found 7 shot capsules on the scene. Shamshyan informed that the murder occurred during an argument on domestic and business issues. Killed Vardanyan was the murderer's brother-in-law while the injured is Vardanyan's brother-in-law.
People gathered on the scene informed Shamshyan that Vardanyan had a food market, where also operated a car washing salon. For several years Vardan and Yurik operated it but when Yurik divorced his wife - Vandan's sister - Vardan demanded that the salon will be moved away from the market's area.
Yurik Tadevosyan is arrested. Tadevosyan confessed the crime.
