Distance lecture for young journalists of Artsakh.

On March 13, the RA Ministry of Diaspora launched the series of distance lectures organized for raising the level of professional qualifications of journalists in Artsakh.
The first lecture was attended by RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan and other employees of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, Rector of Artsakh State University S. Dadayan, Dean of the Faculty of Journalism H. Musayelyan, as well as students of the faculty and journalists.
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan greeted the gathered and mentioned that the objective was set during the days of the 5th Pan-Armenian Forum of Journalists held in Artsakh in 2010, “which became the component of our programs”. “I am pleased to see university students because they will be the ones joining the army of journalists and they are the ones called for strengthening relations between Artsakh, Armenia and the Diaspora and making the partnership effective,” Hranush Hakobyan emphasized.
Rector of Artsakh State University Stepan Dadayan also greeted the gathered and thanked the RA Ministry of Diaspora, especially Minister Hranush Hakobyan for implementing this program.
Then, information security and social media expert Samvel Martirosyan gave the first lecture on “Modern Technologies in Journalism: Propaganda and Anti-Propaganda”.
