Hraparak writes that the situation remains unpredictable in constituency No.21.

“MP from PAP Rustam Gasparyan had agreed not to run provided that he should be included in PAP proportional representation list, but he seems to have changed his mind and has decided to run, maybe because he did not like the place he was offered on the list. We will remind that RPA and PAP had reached agreement over non-participation of Nahapet Gevorgyan and Rustam Gasparyan in this constituency, respectively. They planned to nominate Republican Alik Petrosyan, director of MAP,” according to the newspaper.
