"Hraparak": PAP proportional list to be published on March 21.

PAP members had announced before that unike other parties the PAP proportional list would be published during the party`s March 17 congress. But yesterday the daily got informed that the list will be published on March 21. Due to the daily`s PAP sources, neither Tigran Torosyan nor Aghasi Arshakyan will be included in the list. What about Hmayak Hovannisyan, PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan has not yet made up his mind regarding to his issue. As is known, the Russian Embassy and other Russian organizations mediate for Hmayak but no one is responsible for his future activities, Hraparak reports.
