"Haykakan Zhamanak": Gagik Tsarukyan attempts to reach RF president Vladimir Putin`s greeting address to the PAP congress.

The ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan is attempting so that the Russian President-elect Vladimir Putin addresses with a message PAP’s congress to be held on Saturday, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.

“When the paper’s reporter asked Tsarukyan’s spokesperson Khachik Galstyan whether it is true that Russia’s president[-elect] likewise will address the Party’s congress with a message and whether that message will be read by a representative of the United Russia Party, which Putin heads, the spokesperson responded: ‘I cannot say anything about Putin’s message. And I do not know who from the United Russia Party’s heads will deliver an address, but I am convinced there will be [a message].’

By the way, PAP’s proportional [election] list will not be announced on the day of the congress. And to the question as to whether their leader will hold a press conference following the congress, Tsarukyan’s spokesperson responded: ‘A special press conference is not scheduled,’” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
