Representatives of CIS Emergency Services meet in Yerevan

The 27 th session of the interstate council for natural and technogenic emergency situations of the CIS states launches. Armenpress reports that on November 4 the session is attended by the delegates of the emergency management systems of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

“This is the third meeting of the CIS emergency services in Yerevan and one of the most important achievements is the joint response rescue corps in the CIS emergency services system. Due to it, the rescuers of Armenia can perform jointly in any country”, - said the Deputy Director of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, the Major-General Nikolay Grigoryan.
