Former spokesman of president Serzh Sargsyan and current deputy candidate in Yerevan1s N.2 precinct Samvel Farmanyan yesterday submitted a membership application to the RPA and personally got the membership card and party badge from president Sargsyan.

Farmanyan`s multi-partisan biography is getting reach: for the last five years he managed to become RLP [Rule of Law Party] member, then ULNP [United Liberal National Party] member, and not RPA [Republican Party of Armenia] member. The rumors say that Farmanyan started his partisan career from the LDPA [Liberal Democratic Party of Armenia]. Moreover, it is not clear whether Farmanyan is only one-partisan now. ULNP secretary Naira Karapetyan during the talk with the daily did not confirm that Farmanyan  submitted an application of his withdrawal from the party.
