'Mher from Tokhmakh' resists being photographed.

Former prefect of Erebuni administrative district Mher Sedrakyan (aka 'Mher from Tokhmakh') was indignant at being photographed by Haykakan Zhamanak daily’s photographer in front of RPA central office yesterday, according to Zhoghovurd daily. He tried to attack the photographer, but the President’s security officials prevented his attempt, Haykakan Zhamanak reporter Lusine Barseghyan said. Sedrakyan is then said to have struck her on the arm and to have entered the office after speaking rudely to them and muttering something rude.
