Robert Kocharyan and Vladimir Putin had a meeting?

Today Armenian media outlets spread information, that former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan met with the Russian newly elected President Vladimir Putin on March 15 in Moscow. Kocharyan’s spokesperson Victor Soghomonyan confirmed this news during the talk with one of the news agencies. The details of the meeting are still unavailable.
“I have no idea, how the online media could get information. The meeting was held in tête-à-tête format and I personally have no information on the issues which were discussed,” Soghomonyan said.
According to local news, Kocharyan-Putin discussion, which lasted many hours, focused on the pre-election situation in Armenia, as well as the current phase of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks and several other issues concerning the South Caucasus region.
