The roads in Armenia are mainly passable

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RA on November 29 by 15.00 state and interstate highways of the republic are mainly passable.

Vardenyats gate and Sotk-Karvachar highway are difficult to pass.

There is ice-crusted ground on roads of Aragatsotn, Lory, Kotayk, Gegharqunik, Syunik, Shirak Provinces.

In order to provide secure traffic road engineers in road traffic spots are implementing salt and sand processing works.
MES of the Republic of Armenia warns to drive on the high-mentioned parts only by winter tires and in urgent cases.

According to the information received from the department of ES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Georgia Stepantsminda-Lars roadway is open only for vehicles which have up to 15 seats and in case of using tire chains.
