Roads in Armenia are mainly passable.
Emergency Case
Armenia’s interstate highways and mountain passes are drivable, for the most part, as of Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
But there is black ice on some road sections, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed.
Selim Mountain Pass, the Berd-Chambarak Highway, and the local roads of several villages in the Aragatsotn and Gegharkunik regions are closed.
The road section of Vardenis village in the Aragatsotn Region is difficult to pass.
Snow removal and road cleaning are in progress.
And according to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, as of Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is closed; and there is a danger of avalanche.
