Ukraine violates ceasefire regime at Donetsk airport — DPR Defense Ministry

Kiev security forces have repeatedly violated the ceasefire regime at Donetsk airport, the press service of the Defence Ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) told TASS on Wednesday.
“During the night we registered Ukrainian side’s multiple violations, and over the past 24 hours they violated the ceasefire regime 62 times,” the ministry said.
On Tuesday, speaker of the DPR parliament Andrey Purgin said that “the truce should begin at the airport” of Donetsk at 18:00pm local time.
The republic’s Emergencies Ministry on Wednesday reported shelling of Donetsk and nearby populated localities in which four people were killed and another six injured.

The ministry said the Podgornoye village and Komsom city, as well as the Makeyevka, Dokuchayevsk cities and several districts of Donetsk came under artillery shelling. Also, the Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Plant was shelled.
The memorandum on the ceasefire regime on the south-east of Ukraine was adopted on September 20. The document, in particular, bans the use of all types of weapons. However, since then numerous violations of the ceasefire regime have been reported by representatives of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR).
