Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed today a decree of preliminary compensation of devalued since the year of 1993 deposits of NKR citizens in "Artsakh Bank" closed Joint Stock Company.

Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informed that according to the decree from the financial means allocated within the frameworks of the law «On 2012 State Budget» the Government has been entrusted to provide preliminary compensation of deposits belonging to citizens born before 1971 as well as citizens perished during the defense of the NKR and individuals of first disability group.
