Author and compere of Urvagits program of Kentron TV Petros Ghazaryan has commented on his non-inclusion in PAP proportional representation list, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun reports.
“When I declared my intention to run for parliament thought I could combine the jobs of journalist and MP. However, soon I made sure that it is impossible. I had to be either MP or journalist. So I told Mr Gagik Tsarukyan not to include me in the candidate list. Second, I thought the future parliament had a chance to be better than the previous ones but after getting familiarized with election lists of parties I understood that my decision not to run for parliament is absolutely justified,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun quotes Ghazaryan as saying.
"I will remain an independent journalist. We are preparing for the new [television] season, and we will attempt to present to the viewers the entire political spectrum, so our citizens can make the right choice as much as possible", Ghazaryan added.
