In response to the article entitled “Travel bug” a member of the Armenian Parliament staff got in touch with the newspaper.

He said that, following their official visit to Almaty, Parliament Speaker Samvel Nikoyan and RPA members Gagik Minasyan and Areg Ghukasyan left for the United Arab Emirates at the budget expense.

According to the newspaper’s source, Nikoyan seeks to send only RPA members on business trips. Except for the Armenian delegation’s visit to Baku, where the EuroNest PA held its plenary session, other delegations did not include even members of the coalition forces, Prosperous Armenia Party and Rule of Law party. Moreover, they were not even informed of the visits.
