According to the Ministry of TAES of RA on February 23 by 10.00 there are closed roadways in Armenia.

Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass.

In Syunik region roads are icy.

Ministry of TAES of RA warns to drive on the high-mentioned parts only by winter tires.

ES Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia informs that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
