Judgment on Azerbaijani saboteurs made and not subject to changes: Karabakh President’s Spokesperson

The authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic have not received any oral or written proposal to return the Azerbaijani saboteurs. The Spokesperson of the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic David Babayan told Armenpress about it.
