Vanik Manukyan, Second-in-Command of the RA Police Troops in charge of ammunition, has been under arrest since March 3, 2012, on a charge of stealing arms and ammunition, the Special Investigation Department, RA Police, told the newspaper.

Interestingly, President Serzh Sargsyan awarded a Services in Battle medal to Manukyan in 2010.
