A 2,3magnitude earthquake was registered on April 20 at 9 kilometer distance to the west from Yerevan at 03:47 local time. The Seismological Network of the Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that the geographical coordinates of the epicenter are northern latitude 40,13 0 and eastern longitude 44,36 0.
The epicenter of the earthquake is on the depth of 10 kilometers. In the epicenter the magnitude of the earthquake was registered 3.
