Landscaping and flowering of the capital are going on

During the regular working conference in the Municipality of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was reported that the defects in asphalt covering carried out in 2014 by “Yerevan Jur”,”Yerevan Gas”, “Electricity network of Armenia” and other private companies in accordance with the Municipality program, had been mainly finished. Currently additional studies and inventory are being carried out. It was marked that in accordance with the contract, the activities had been arranged at the costs of the companies. The mayor instructed to go on tight control and inform the public about the process regularly.
During the conference it was reported that road marking and replacement of road signs had been finished.
In the sphere of urban development 5 cases of illegal construction were revealed last week, three previously revealed ones were dismantled. Concerning revelation and prevention of rubbish dumping in undetermined places it was reported that 74 records on administrative violations had been drawn up.
The director of the CJSC “Technology Management Center of Yerevan” reported that the process of creation of the system of e-queues for kindergartens is going on.
Concerning the free medical aid action “For you, women” it was reported that 721 operations had been performed. 295 operations are to be performed within a short time. The Mayor of Yerevan instructed to keep the process under permanent supervision and to report on the results after finishing it.
Regarding the phone calls received by the hot lines functioning in corresponding subdivisions of the Municipality and the staffs of the heads of the administrative districts the head of the Department of Control reported that the previous week 320 calls had been received. The main part of the issues raised by the citizens got corresponding solutions, 66 issues are being processed.
It was also reported that opening of the regular season in the Yerevan Zoological garden will take place on June 1, on the International Day of Children’s Rights Defence.
During the conference the head of the administrative district of Malatia Sebastia presented the Mayor the agreements made during the visit to Artsakh within the frames of the program of cooperation between Yerevan and the districts of the NKR. He also reported that a Memorandum on Cooperation had been signed between the administrative district and the Municipality of Berdzor (Kashatagh district of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic).
