The representatives of the Azerbaijan office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Armenian Arsen Baghdasaryan, taken hostage in Azerbaijan. Armenpress reports that the Azerbaijani APA News Agency informed about it. With the mediation of the representatives of the Azerbaijan office of the International Committee of the Red Cross, information exchange between the Armenian serviceman and his family took place.
