Government approves the estimates of the 2012 investment program of Armenia’s North-South highway.

The governing council of the North-South Corridor, and Sustainable Urban Development investment programs met at the Government earlier today for their regular session chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.

According to a press release by the Government’s Information Center, the participants were recommended to launch joint contract negotiations between the North-South Corridor's program implementation unit, and the Belgian and Spanish companies Safege and Eptisa.

The council also approved the concise estimates of the 2012 investment program’s first and second tranches and the program implementation unit’s 2012 maintenance costs.
