Why did Vazgen Sargsyan's brother attend to Serzh Sargsyan`s campaign (Video)?

Leader of the Hanrapetutyun (Republic) party Aram Sargsyan, who comes third on the proportional list of the Armenian National Congress (HAK), explained during a meeting with Ararat residents why his younger brother, Armen Sargsyan, had gone to a campaign rally of Serzh Sargsyan.

"We are brothers but we differ from each other. We have different preferences. Vazgen (Armenia's Prime Minister who was gunned down during the parliamentary in 1999) was a writer. I am an engineer and Armen is an economist. But we do have one thing in common: we never do anything under false pretense. There is Armen standing a few steps away. I know that you are all wondering why Armen went to meet Serzh Sargsyan when the latter visited Ararat. I must say that I like Armen as he is. I want to tell everyone that Armen is not only my brother. He is also Vazgen's brother. He is a person who does not have an actor's gift," he said.

Later, Aram Sargsyan stressed that during his visit Serzh Sargsyan did not rally people near Vazgen Sargsyan's statue but campaigned outside the municipality building.
"Probably, the statue had a great influence on Serzh Sargsyan," he said.

"Recently, Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree allowing intervention of armed forces during emergency situations. There can be nothing more offensive for an Armenian soldier than the knowledge that he might be used against his parent."
