According to Hraparak, Deputy Chairman of Prosperous Armenia Party Samvel Balasanyan, a majority candidate in Gyumri, has been giving flour and antennas to voters, but now he bribes them with “heavy equipment:” he distributes anti-hail stations among villagers.

Orinats Yerkir Party holds some free training courses for everyone who wants to join the party, the paper says.
