Representative of the OSCE Chairman-­in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk will visit Baku this week. “Armenpress” reports
that Azerbaijani APA news agency received the information from OSCE central office.

“Representative of the OSCE Chairman-­in-Office is very concerned by the reported increases of ceasefire violations and casualties”, the OSCE Headquarters told APA on Sept. 7

Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk participated in the monitoring held on September 4 on the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops near Kuropatkino village of Khojavand district. On September 5, he met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in Yerevan to discuss the current situation on the contact line of troops.
