Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a working consultation with the supreme command staff of the Nagorno­-Karabakh
Defense Army at the head of defense minister Levon Mnacakanyan on 11 September.

“Armenpress” was informed from Central Information Department of the Office to Nagorno-Karabakh Presdient, issues related to army building, situation along the line of contact between Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan armed forces and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed at the consultation.
