"Yerkir": RPA ‘seizes’ citizens’ passports.

According to Yerkir, RPA registers passport series of Charentsavan residents for AMD 10,000. Also, the Republicans temporarily “seize” passports from some citizens, promising them more money. It is practiced to suspicious citizens: RPA fears that some residents may take the money but will vote for whoever they want on election day.
