"Hraparak": Gagik Tsarukyan confesses to carrying weapon while meeting with voters.

During his parliamentary election campaign meeting in Bagratashen village on Friday, the ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan confirmed having carried a weapon during his meeting with the voters in Etchmiadzin city, Hraparak daily writes.

‘“If I’m walking around with a weapon, I’m scared that you’ll cause a calamity for me. They wrote that Tsarukyan carried a weapon, the people love Tsarukyan, [and] Tsarukyan [loves] the people,’ Tsarukyan said, [thus] making a liar out of all those who until then were claiming that there was no weapon whatsoever, but only a telephone,” Hraparak writes.
